Common Security Questions

Can Triwise staff read my conversations?

No. Your conversations are encrypted and only accessible to you and your team members. Our support team can see metadata (like timestamps) but never content.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

You have 30 days to export your data. After that, all data is permanently deleted from our servers.

Do you share data with the AI provider (Anthropic)?

We send your questions to Anthropic's Claude API for processing, but Anthropic does not store or train on your data per our enterprise agreement.

Is Force Multiplier safe for confidential business planning?

Yes. Many SMB owners use Force Multiplier for M&A planning, financial strategy, and competitive analysis. Your data is encrypted and never leaves our secure infrastructure.
